I've spent more than two decades helping clients buy, sell, manage and invest in real estate throughout the Greater Kansas City metro in Kansas and Missouri.  My career began in property management while I was still in college, and that early experience shaped the way I approach real estate today: understand the property, understand the numbers, communicate honestly and never lose sight of the person behind the transaction.

Over the years, my experience has expanded well beyond traditional residential sales. I've worked with first-time homebuyers, luxury homes, new construction, land, distressed properties, renovations and investment properties, while also managing more than $20 million in single-family rental homes throughout the Kansas City metro.

I've experienced strong seller markets, buyer markets, the housing crisis, rapidly changing interest rates and just about everything in between. Markets change. My responsibility to my clients doesn't. I'll give you realistic expectations, tell you what I think and why, and make sure you understand your options so you can make decisions with confidence.

Real estate can be exciting, stressful, emotional—and sometimes all three in the same afternoon. I bring a lot of energy to what I do, but I also believe experience should make the process feel less overwhelming. I'll answer your questions, stay available and responsive, help you anticipate what's coming next and keep things moving when something unexpected happens.

A large part of my business has been built through repeat clients and referrals. There is no greater professional compliment than having someone I've helped trust me enough to send their family and friends my way. I don't take that trust lightly.

 My experience doesn't stop with traditional Kansas City real estate. My family and I also own and personally operate Disney Lillian House, our vacation rental in Kissimmee, Florida.

What began as an investment became something I genuinely love. Operating a successful vacation rental has given me hands-on experience with short-term rental ownership, marketing, guest experience, direct bookings, websites, pricing and the day-to-day systems behind an STR business. I also enjoy helping other vacation-rental owners work through their own properties and challenges.

I live in Lenexa with my husband Craig and our three amazing kids: Lillian, Liam and Lorin. When I'm not working, my time is devoted to supporting them with their various activities and goals. I've lived at this corner of our beautiful city for many decades. 

Our children are 21, 20, and 15! Our 21 year old is living her best life, after reaching her goal of playing college softball, she's now working for a D1 football program in the operations department, our 20 year old is a free spirit, living his best life with a great job and lots of social time and our 15 year old has taken an intense passion to his faith and baseball. We'll see where this takes him :). 

I'm a born Hoosier, raised Kansan. I'm a devout fan of all things Indiana and Kansas City! My father was transferred here in 1986 to Western Autos’ home office. I have a deep love for the iconic Western Auto logo on the original corporate building, now the Western Auto Lofts.

I attended both St. Thomas Aquinas and Shawnee Mission Northwest High School and Johnson County Community College and Washburn University.
