With over two decades of experience in sales property management, I bring an immense level of knowledge and expertise in negotiations and marketing to every real estate transaction. Entering the real estate industry early in my professional life, while still in college, I’ve successfully navigated all market conditions from buyer and seller market to the housing crisis in 2006-2009. No matter the circumstance I have the negotiation, property knowledge and marketing skills to get the results you deserve.

In addition to residential sales and single family property management I’ve worked with multi family, community management, renovations, and short-term vacation rental investing. I’ve worked for some of the largest management companies in the Kansas City area, I own a beautiful vacation rental in Kissimmee, Florida and I led a multimillion dollar vacation rental  resort community.

Mentioned above is our beautiful Disney Lillian House, a vacation rental in Kissimmee, Florida. I absolutely love providing people with an amazing place to stay. I live in Lenexa with my husband Craig and our three amazing kids: Lillian, Liam and Lorin. When I'm not working, my time is devoted to supporting them with their various activities and goals.

Most recently, I slowed my workload down for the last two years to travel the country with my daughter, watching her play softball and supporting her lifelong dream of being a collegiate athlete. SHE MADE IT! I'm so thankful I had this opportunity to spend this time with her... now it's BACK TO BUSINESS :)! 

I'm a born Hoosier, raised in Kansan. I'm a devout fan of all things Indiana and Kansas City! My father was transferred here in 1986 to Western Autos’ home office. I have a deep love for the iconic Western Auto logo on the original corporate building, now the Western Auto Lofts.

I attended both St. Thomas Aquinas and Shawnee Mission Northwest High School and Johnson County Community College and Washburn University.
